Shern Hin commenced his professional life as a litigator acting mainly for insurers, but also for private litigants, in the area of negligence and other tortuous claims.
Shern Hin has undertaken numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions, having acted for vendors, purchasers. He has also acted for the financial institutions (including the Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank , United Overseas Bank , HSBC, MAYBANK and OCBC Bank) to undertake their loans and mortgages.
